Heath came on several occasions to help me perform repairs that were beyond my expertise, and if unable to do them, referred qualified professionals that could get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. Their listing presentation was flawless and pricing was always in accordance with the chosen strategy (either priced to sell at a fair price, or potentially taking more time and maximizing selling price). They listened to what Edith and I had to say offered pointers, gave their honest opinion and let us decide our own course of action. When we purchased earlier this year, they again listened to our needs and specs, they showed us properties that, in each case were relevant to our circumstances, and let us decide our own course of action; without pressure but again giving the right pointers. They were very helpful with paperwork, and worked diligently with our lawyer to ensure a smooth completion. The staff at their office is friendly and attentive; they gave me leeway and help in the office at a time when I really needed both.
