Upstairs, the primary bedroom is expansive with a soaker tub and ensuite bath, plus a second bedroom, a den, and a second full bathroom. The villa comes fully furnished and stocked with everything you need to arrive and start enjoying your time at the lake.

Full Resort Amenities Included

As part of Wolfe Springs Resort, you have access to the recreation room, theater room, boathouse, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, bicycles, shared golf carts, barbecue, and fire pit area. The shared waterfront features a sandy beach and dock on Wolfe Lake, with clean, shallow water that's ideal for swimming. The monthly maintenance fee of $368 covers all utilities including heat, hydro, and water.

Fixed and Floating Weeks

Villa 2-10 has two fixed weeks together each year: the last week of summer and the first week of fall, along with additional floating weeks. The property is managed by the Wolfe Springs Resort Owner's Association. A status certificate is available.
