Located on the west Basin of Sharbot Lake and just south of highway 7, this heavily treed lot has an elevated clearing to build your cottage or home on with an amazing southerly view over the lake. There is a rough lane down to the 279 feet of good, clean shoreline, and 4.7 acres of mixed bush and scenic rock formations to explore. At the waterfront there is a good level area for recreation, campfires and perhaps a good location for a gazebo. There is also a lane running from Valley Lane through the bush up to a proposed building site. The building site has great privacy and views down the hill out over the lake. The north end of the lot has mainly mature hardwood, but gives way to pine and cedar to the south as you approach the lake. Valley Lane is currently not plowed to this lot but could be arranged with a local plowing contractor. Sharbot Lake is a large, deep lake located in Central Frontenac Township and is home to a variety of fish species, including largemouth and smallmouth bass, northern pike, walleye, lake trout perth and other panfish. The lot is located close to all amenities of the Village of Sharbot Lake with schools, shopping, dining and a medical clinic.
